Learning a foreign language

Spreading Childcare offers the opportunity to learn other foreign languages.  At this time, we are offering Arabic and French.   Our world is diversifying, and we want to lead the next generation by giving students skills to utilize in their future.  Research supports that future employers and businesses are seeking applicants who can navigate the modern global economy. 

At a young age, exposure to other languages is crucial.  It is through learning another language students can develop both these skill sets.  Learning another language also provides many other benefits including greater academic achievement, increased cognitive development, and a positive attitude towards other languages and cultures.

Offering language services to students has been shown to greatly enhance student performance across the curriculum. Language learning has been shown to improve a student’s cognitive function, including, but not limited to problem solving skills and better memory skills.
